Every Morning

Step 1 – train my body to jump out of bed and start the day and start walking. 4 inhales through nose, 4 exhales out mouth

Step 2 – Cultivate emotion of gratitude Focus on everything. Start with self, family, friends and expand out as far as you can. moments you’re grateful for. Focus on everything you want in your life from a state as if it has already been achieved. Thanksful that the business deal has come together the way it has. See if it has already been done. Focus on future goals. Focus on today

Step 3 – Incarnation: what do you want to do today. “I now command my subconcious mind to better the lives of everyone around me by giving me the strength, emotion, persuasion, and whatever it takes to. Everyday in every way I’m getting stronger and stronger.
